BMW driver question
My BMW had its DPF filter replaced with a new model from JMJ. After almost two months, the filter light on the dashboard came on. I filed a complaint with the mechanic, who stated that “the lambda probe and glow plug controller are defective”. After replacing these parts, trying to burn out the filter does not work. In addition, it turns out that the light comes on even without the engine running (on the ignition itself). Does this mean that the filter needs to be replaced once again?
