For all those who are affected by the problem of failure or malfunction of any assembly in the vehicle in use, we offer a direct possibility to book an appointment with our service center by phone or online.
Extensive experience in the BMW brand
Our advantages are both our long experience in working in the network of authorized BMW service centers (Zlatex, Bawaria Motors) and the use of modern technologies to facilitate and accelerate contact with the customer. Each customer of our Service can count on telephone and e-mail support – we offer for regular customers a 24-hour free Assistance. For our special customers, we also offer the possibility of a free ride to work or home after leaving the car in the service (within a radius of 20 km from our headquarters and further for a small fee). For customers with VIP status, we offer to pick up the car from the indicated place and, after all repairs are done, deliver a fully operational vehicle to the indicated address.
Car fitting
In addition to repairs and maintenance, we also offer the possibility of retrofitting your existing vehicles with equipment compatible with your model that was not installed at the production stage. Please discuss the availability and technical feasibility of retrofitting (e.g. TV system, alarm or navigation) with our service department each time.
BMW body and paint work
We also offer full-scope body and paint repairs. We perform both post-accident repairs and minor repairs of damage, dents and scratches on the paint coating. Thanks to S PLUS technology, we offer the possibility of quick aesthetic repairs, lasting not days but hours:
- removal of body dents without painting
- removal of the effects of hailstorms
- repair of rim defects
- restoration of lamp shades
- repair of glass (chips and cracks)
- repair of plastic and leather interior elements (scuffs, cigarette marks, etc.)

Two-year warranty – just like in ASO

Store
In addition to service, we also offer the opportunity to purchase genuine BMW parts for customers from all over the country. Purchased products can be picked up in person or we can send them by courier on delivery.
As part of the store, we also sell online services that can be purchased by drivers both in Poland and abroad.
