Why do many drivers choose to buy a used BMW?

As premium brand cars, BMWs are the dream of many drivers. Due to the high prices of new models, few people choose to buy cars from dealerships. One solution is to buy a used vehicle. Drivers try to minimize the risk of such a purchase by looking for reputable dealers and checking the technical condition at the time of purchase.

Another option is to import the dream model from abroad. Cars from the German market have a very good reputation, although their prices are usually higher than from other Western countries.

Another argument for choosing an imported car is usually the better technical condition and large selection offered by importers and directly by car dealerships abroad. Import formalities are not a problem either. There are many transport companies offering carriage. In addition, within the European Union, customs and import formalities are also greatly simplified.

How many BMW cars are on Polish roads?

In 2020, more than 30,000 BMW cars were imported into Poland through private imports alone. To this number should be added the import of used models made by BMW Poland as part of its Premium Selection offer. In total, there are about 25 million cars on Polish roads.

What details about the vehicle do car dealers provide?

Car dealers usually highlight the positive features of the vehicles they offer. At the same time, they may hide details, affecting the price of the car. Despite the threat of penalties, there are still cases of reversing the odometer, concealing major body repairs or the vehicle’s involvement in accidents. Making a decision to buy a vehicle should always be preceded by a check of the vehicle’s service history anda check of the current technical condition.
