I own a BMW with an N47 engine. I heard the timing rattle for 3 seconds after starting. After replacing the complete timing gear (no tragedy) it suddenly started “ringing”. The sound can be heard non-stop, but only after driving a long distance, that is, warming up the engine. As far as I know, it is impossible for the timing chain to stretch and shrink. Please advise.

I purchased seats from a BMW X5 E70 comfort version that I want to transplant to another car. I’m looking for a specialist to get my seat module working so that the adjustment buttons work (memory and heating probably can’t be done). Are you able to do this?
