BMW driver question
I have a big problem, because the car broke down for me in Germany and the usual workshop does not know how to deal with it. Well, first Dynamic Drive lit up, then the power steering started to fail, then the battery died. I replaced the battery with a new one, then after two hours the new one died again.
BMW driver question
The car does not want to start in frost greater than -10 degrees. The battery is new. What could be the cause?
The problem affected the BMW E46 320d 150, but it also happens in other models.

When changing gears (the worst is from 1 to 2 a little better from 2 to 3) there is a strange noise from the chassis as if the rear part (maybe the shaft support) and unfortunately jerks. As I try to change gears very gently, I almost succeed, there is no way to change quickly. Higher gears from 3rd to 4th and 5th shift just OK. Reducing from higher to lower does not happen smoothly either. Please give me a hint.
BMW driver question
I am referring to the sagging rear suspension. I have already replaced the airbags, one in October 2010, the other 3 months ago. For the past 2 weeks the car sits on its rear end overnight, during the day as we drive it is OK. The mechanic 2 days ago replaced the sensor at the right wheel, because it was showing an error on the computer and was actually standing a little crooked on the right side. Unfortunately, the car continues to sit on its butt overnight. All I have to do in the morning is snap the central locking and the car lifts off. It can’t stay that way. My mechanic unfortunately broke his hands. I am very much asking for help.
BMW driver question
I use the car in urban conditions, which results in driving short distances before the engine has fully warmed up. That’s why I’m curious what the message “oil level sensor fault!” means, and the car icon on the jack also appears, after the engine is turned off. Is it caused by my way of using the car? Intuition tells me a correlation with the diesel particulate filter (DPF), but I have my doubts. I will add that the oil level is normal. I would appreciate a reply.
BMW driver question
When the engine starts, there is a screeching sound, but it is not the belt or the tensioner, because it has already been replaced, and the sounds remain. What could be the reason for this situation and how to fix it?
The problem affected a BMW 520d model, but it also happens in other models.
BMW driver’s question
The car on cold laughs OK. As soon as it warms up it loses power and displays combustion of 40 l/100 km. The computer shows errors for the camshaft position sensor and the flow meter. I tried unplugging the flow meter, but no change. Is it possible that this sensor is responsible for the combustion?
