What does BMW body or paint repair consist of?

The body and paint services offered by our service include a full range of accident repairs, minor damage, hail dents, scratches on the paint surface and repair of corroded parts. We also offer non-cash repairs with insurance companies under OC and AC policies. Inspection of the damaged vehicle can be carried out on the premises of the body and paint service by appointment.

Additionally, we offer auto detailing services including:

• restoration of the interior of a vehicle equipped with leather and leather-like covers,
• restoration and renovation of seat covers,
• removal of stains, cigarette marks,
• renovation of the paint coating, together with protection of the vehicle surface with a special protective coating, guaranteeing a long-term effect of gloss and freedom from dust and dirt.

In what time will the body or paint repair in BMW be done?

The time taken to complete a body or paint repair depends on the scope of the repair and is always determined along with a repair estimate before the repair is performed. For the duration of the repair we offer a replacement vehicle, in the case of most insurance policies , the rental of such a vehicle is free of charge (covered by the policy) for the owner of the damaged vehicle.

What does BMW paint and interior restoration consist of?

The paint coating on BMW cars consists of several layers and includes:

• primer,
• a base layer that defines the color
• a clear coat that guarantees gloss and surface protection.

As a result of vehicle operation, the protective layer is subject to abrasion – surface polishing, brush washes and the like. In addition, long-term exposure to the sun and chemicals such as winter road salinity, bird droppings, plant protection chemicals cause damage to the paint surface and tarnish it.

Renovation of the varnish coating consists in its replenishment – elimination of minor scratches, gentle polishing and application of a special protective coating (based on Teflon), which will protect the base and clear coat from further destruction and tarnishing.

In what period of time will the refinishing of the BMW’s paint and interior be done?

The time it takes to do the refinishing of the paint finish depends on its condition and extent. It usually takes from a few hours to even a few days, in the case of the need to replenish the paint coating or eliminate deep scratches.

What elements make up the cost of auto body repair or refinishing?

The cost of body and paint repair includes the cost of parts, painting materials and labor. It is always agreed in advance with the customer before the work begins. In most post-accident or other repairs carried out under the AC or OC policies of the perpetrator, cost estimates are agreed directly with the insurance companies and are settled on a cashless basis without involving the vehicle owners.
